We advocate for a safe, healthy and vibrant cycling city for all
Cycle Toronto is a member-supported not-for-profit organization that works to transform our city’s cycling culture.
Ride for Safe Streets is back!
Once again, presented by Bike Law! We're joining together virtually for physically distant bike rides.
Register to Ride
Registration is now open and only costs $40 for an individual or $140 for a team of 4.
Statement and Reflection on Anti-Black Racism, Oppression and Equity at Cycle Toronto
As an organization we are taking pause to reflect on who we are and who we want to be. We acknowledge that we have not created safe and inclusive spaces for Black and racialized communities, Indigenous Peoples, and other marginalized groups.
Support for Building Protected Bike Lanes Climbs
Amid the biggest one-year expansion of new bike lanes in Toronto’s history, a new poll shows 84 per cent of residents across the city support building protected bike lanes.
September is Bike Month 2020
Bike Month is an opportunity for people to try riding a bike for the first time, learn new skills, or simply have fun and connect with new people. It’s taking the time to rekindle the youthful magic of exploring your neighbourhood by bike or share that joy with the next generation of bike riders. Bike Month is a celebration of biking.
What we do
We engage a diversity of people in our work, pursuing evidence-based solutions that make cycling a viable option for all Torontonians.
We work to bring protected bike lanes on major streets as our main priority.
Bike lanes alone are not enough. We bring safe cycling education to people from all walks of life.
We create fun ways to reduce barriers to riding more often.
The movement for safer streets needs people like you. Time, energy, knowledge, money, and enthusiasm are welcomed.
Connect with people working to make positive changes in neighbourhoods around the city
Meet like-minded folks championing life on two wheels, and have fun while doing it.
Fund our work making Toronto a bike friendly city for less than a cup of coffee a month.
