Once you purchase a lock cut through our site, we'll dispatch our lock cutter to get in touch my email or phone, and set up a time to cut your lock within 24h of your request being sent.
Please note this service is only available within the boundaries of the City of Toronto. Our lock-cutting service provider is centrally located and rides their bike to appointments. Zone 2 rates reflect additional travel time required. We no longer offer a member discount for this service.
