While the province continues to rush the anti-bike lane Bill 212, Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024 through the legislature, it has also recently considered regulatory changes to e-bikes and other forms of micromobility vehicles with Bill 197, Safer Roads and Communities Act, 2024.
