Members Meeting

Cycle Toronto is the process of bringing our by-laws in line with Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) proclaimed in October 2021. A members meeting is being held virtually on October 15th to record the vote. These changes are intended to ensure compliance, and will not impact the day-to-day operations or advocacy direction of our charity. Our core mission and objectives will remain unchanged.

When: October 15th @ 8:00 pm

Where: The internet (registration required)

What: By-laws to be ratified by membership for ONCA compliance

• Summary of changes
• Proxy Form (for members who cannot attend virtually) - must be submitted before Tuesday, October 15 at 11:00 am.

YOU MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND THE VIRTUAL MEMBERS MEETING. Members Meeting Zoom link will be distributed by email before Tuesday, October 15 at noon. We will endeavour to process all valid registrations after that time as they are received up until 5:00 pm.
