Communications & Digital Marketing Manager (Permanent, full-time)

Cycle Toronto is hiring a Communications & Digital Marketing Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position that reports to the Executive Director. The Communications & Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all communication channels, help develop and expand Cycle Toronto’s brand and awareness, and lead communication strategies that achieve advocacy and fundraising goals. Working collaboratively with other members of the team, this position develops, maintains and administers successful digital communications including social media, website management, online fundraising, advocacy campaigns, e-newsletter development, marketing materials and data management.

Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent
Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year (prorated) based on experience, with health benefits, three weeks vacation, a 3 month probationary period. 40 hours per week.

Outreach and Administration Assistant (Contract, full-time)

Cycle Toronto is hiring an Outreach and Administration Assistant. This is a full-time contract that reports to the Executive Director and supports the Director of Partnerships and Engagement. The Outreach and Administration Assistant provides operational support for Cycle Toronto staff team, volunteers, and seasonal staff including assisting (including on-site) with public events and activities such as Bike Month, outreach events, and Bike Valet; as well as assisting with general office administration.

Note: This role is supported by the United Nations Association in Canada’s Youth Break Barriers to Employment (YBBE) for people aged 15-30 and is dependent on funding.

Terms of Employment: Full-time contract (40 hours/week including a 30 minute paid lunch break, or two 15 minute breaks)
Salary: $23.15/hour plus vacation.

BikeMatchWCN Coordinator Role (Contract, part-time)

As the Bike Match Coordinator for BikeMatchWCN, you will be the main staff coordinating the BikeMatch program founded by the Women’s Cycling Network between May – September 2023. This means you will be working closely with the Women’s Cycling Network team to ensure that the day to day operations for the Bike Match website and app are running smoothly, and attend weekly check-ins with the Cycle Toronto team to provide updates and track your progress.

Terms of Employment: Part-time contract position, with a commitment of 20 hours per week, May 1, 2023 – September 30 2023
Salary: $23.15/hour
