Charter challenge hearing
Join us at 10:00 am at the Canada Life Building at 330 University Avenue on Wednesday, April 16th to hear our legal team make the case that bike lanes save lives and ripping them out is a violation of our Charter protected rights. The hearing will take place in Courtroom 8-1, with Room 8-4 reserved as an overflow room. It will likely last the entire day.
