The Role
Bike Valet is a convenient and secure bicycle parking service available free-of-charge at many concerts and other events. Like a coat-check service, any person arriving by bike can check their bike in with attendants who issue a numbered tag. When the bike owner returns, they present the tag to retrieve their bike. The Bike Valet Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to enable the smooth running of operations for bike check and retrieval. This is a casual position with variable hours over the course of the spring, summer, and fall.
